Sirius' merger with XM is likely to get the FCC's nod, but I think regulatory strings could limit profitability. Either way, Wienkes recent statement is really putting the scare on shareholders. Pretty bearish today. In the long run, I think there is growth and SIRI holders will be rewarded for there patience.
