not sure how SocialPicks accounts for this as a 100% gain, when it's only down from $1.07 to $0.29. Add it to the list of why this website doesn't work.

SocialPicks is a worthless website. I am STILL getting slammed for picks in AIG and ETFC due to 10:1 stock splits. Preposterous.

Why should I get excited about higher-end RE builder? Sure seems like higher-end RE has a lot longer to fall, given it has no safety net like standard-loan-sized homes (which have infinite backing of FNM and FRE as of Xmas Eve 2009)

Wells is no longer a long, but a big fat short. There's rumors that Wells Fargo is receiving servicing fees for houses in the shadow inventory that contain no-longer-paying squatters. No rental monthly payment, no mortgage payment, and no foreclosure either (thanks to balance sheets no longer needing to reflect reality); yet, Wells is supposedly collecting fees for "servicing" these houses?? ...

Should have been closed back in November at 3 cents, but waited to book long-term taxes instead of short term; something I don't think SocialPicks gives any credit, but maybe someday?
