Algae as an alternate energy source VCTPF

This company has the best to date technology, (along with GGRN, they are partnered 50/50), in growing algae for high efficiency per acre production of hydrocarbons from algae.

They have the basic idea and the patents. They grow crops vertically, maximizing the use of space. They require no soil and can grow plants in deserts. They are setting up shop in Africa where there is not a lot of aeritable soil.

This idea could be huge if they get the proper funding... Its a gamble, but this could be the future of energy and food. Look at their website (google it, i cant remember it off
