They are facing pressure from Medicare cuts and changes, but they are going through some gradual restructuring to cut costs and adapt. This company has become more than a little bloated via various acquisitions over the years, and earnings pressure has finally forced them to reevaluate their organization and cut fat. Filed under: Johnson and Johnson (JNJ), Options Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) will purchase Mentor (NYSE: MNT) for $31 per share. MNT, a supplier of medical products closed at $16.15 Friday. MNT December option implied volatility of 92 is above its 26-week average of 55 according to Track Data, suggesting larger price movement. Baupost Group Holdings Drop $300 Million

Just files 13HR.. From the quarter ending June to the quarter ending Sept, Seth Klarman's Baupost Group stock holdings drop from $1.9 billion to $1.6 billion. The number of issues held fell from 69 in June to 52 in September. Of course there is no word whether or not this was redemption based or valuation based selling.
