They have something everyone needs in a place that is safe to work.  Canadian company mining copper, and other minerals with little political risk.   Currently trading at a P/E of under 14 makes this a still relatively inexpensive commodities play.  Like many of my picks, this should do well, although a little bumpy over the short term, but truly accelerate as the economy  begins to recover later this year.

TGB is five cents off a fifty two week high, has no options to protect yourself, my primary rule, and pays no dividend. You should  pick her up under three dollars. Gold is hot right now which is telling me she has no where to go but down once the dollar settels.

Primarily a copper mining operation with gold and molybdenum less so. Bought this at $4.40 on Sept 6 2007. Since then has been in uptrend recently breaking out of prior resistance of $5.49. Closed at all time high $5.79 on Oct 5. Has gained 123% ytd and still a buy imo. RSI rating of 98, TTM EPS growth of 48%, ROE 58%, gross margin 53%, still a bargain trading with a P/E of 15. Well managed company and they keep discovering new ore deposit within their mines and buying new equipment to keep up production. Mine life estimated at least 21 years with current reserves.
