China is tightening and is doing so off of a bubble. Oil has tagged along for the ride. Demand will fall as their economy slows. They are fighting inflation and oil is a big part of that. I started this position on 6-22 at 14.11. I am adding here today at 10.94.  I like oil back to the 40's before it is all over.

Oil demand is falling as the prices rise. The combination of a weak economy and conservation are not a good combination for this commodity.  Oil bubbled in 2008 and has rallied back to its breakdown. Once something bubbles the game is over for a long time. Every break gets a reflex rally and oil has done that. Technically in the short term it has reversed its 3/31 breakout and is weak with the strong dollar.  The SCO is 2X short oil. I look for Oil to retest its lows on 30 in 2008. That means that this thing could go to 100 but my call is for 26 which was its breakdown in May 09
