QTWW is a small company with growing revenue. Recently the stock has been very volatile. It soared on news of new revenue from one of its solar investments. It then dived, probably due to profit taking. Because the company is losing money and will most likely continue to lose money, it is hard to place any true value on it. What I think may be overlooked, though, is that the company is a leader in the fuel cell technology that is absolutely going to be in high demand. The ownership of this company is somewhat fragmented. There are so many companies now pursuing fuel efficient car design

The thing that appeals to me most about Quantum Fuel, foresight.

They have their hands in many different aspects of alternative energy and in investments with other major companies that also look at the future. The Fisker auto is going to be HUGE and to have any stake in that, whether it is % or $ from their quantum drive.  QTWW will be technological innovators and wizards of years to come.
