The stock market is a forward looking vehicle. The three points made by venerable have already been accounted for in its current price; which has more than doubled since late January. Investors should not expect a raise in price unless additional accounts and growth are announced. This company's current rate of growth is fast enough and will present its own challenges. Investors consider, any additional accounts would most likely overwhelm the current managerial team and leave vendors dissatisfied. Short term < 3 months I am bearish on OFI. Overhill Farms is a leading supplier of processed food to leading grocery stores and retailers. The largest customer is the fast-growing restaurant chain the Panda Group (Panda Express, Panda Inn). The company recently announced several new contracts that will significantly grow the business.

  1. 3 year contract with a national customer for an expected $43m per year
  2. New contract to develop and produce 24 new private label products for distribution through grocery chains
  3. 2 additional contracts for new brands
