If you look at slivers high (22.00/oz.) compared to its 1980s high of around $50.00/oz we can see we have room too move up compared to gold which has passed its highest nominal dollar amount. This is not inflation adjusted so you can see if you take this into account that this may be a conservative estimate.

I bought shares several months ago in Crystallex : KRY , a junior gold miner attempting to develop a premier mineral reserve in Venezuela called Las Cristinas, based on a simple calculus. I reasoned that it was more likely than not that the company would receive the final environmental permit needed to begin mining, and that if it received the permit shares would at least double. All the past negative news about how KRY will be affected by any nationalization plan is bogus. The fact is that KRY holds a legal and legit operating permit while Venezuela is the sole legal owner of the mine. In addition, Chavez and his government has never short changed any company in any of their takeovers. KRY is in a good position. STRONG BUY, especially at $3 range.

I'm at an interesting position in my Crystallex (AMEX:KRY) trading. I'm thinking of making a $3 to $3.50 trade on the stock. I still own a core position, which is sitting tight until permit time. Okay, I've setup the trade. Bought 1500 shares at $3.02 with a tight stop at $2.96. With a target of $3.40, I'm risking 6 cents a share with a chance to make 39 cents a share, or 6.5x my risk.
