Joy Global engages in the manufacture and servicing of mining machinery and there is a large number of mining companies that are expanding their mining operations.  The equipment they sell is used for, but not limited to, mining copper, coal, iron ore, oil sands, silver, gold, diamonds and phosphate.  JOYG is presently starting to catch some buyers since it touched briefly the 65 mark.  Despite the lower than average volume, the down days had the lowest volumes.  The stock is trying to go over the 50dma and this average has been proved relevant.  On the long-term, Joy Global is a good play ...

This was not my original intent (to sell some so soon) but in this market gains that are offered must be taken quickly - unfortunately this market has turned everyone into a daytrader on the long side.
