This company does nothing that a computer, zerox machine, file cabnit, and  public storage can't do.

It trades at a PE of  45.6. The PE is declining at a rate of 10% per year. Giving this rate of decline the PE will be at 8.5 in 16 years. Assuming the stock remains flat. And I see no reason for increases in valuation of this stock for over 16 years.

16 years from now if the stock is still at $37.00 I might consider buying it then.
