This is what Im thinking. Icahn does proxy battle which is the whole voting thing by shareholders. Yahoo shareholders seem pissed off with all the news that I have been reading over the past few months. So I think Icahn and MSFT might be able to get some progress on this move of theirs. Looks smart!
