Blame it on Oil?

Pete Najarian said stocks were “decimated” on Monday and volatility is high. He thinks high oil prices might be taking their toll. Like the Fed cutting rates to prevent foreclosures in the USA, the Bank of England will also save LIBOR ARM mortgages by cutting rates.  The bet is more ARM's are on LIBOR ARM's and the Bank of England will have it worse than America, and America has it pretty bad.

Texas Instruments (TXN)
On Texas Instruments' disappointing quarter, Pete Najarian said the competition in chips is too intense and Nokia and Ericsson are looking for other suppliers. Jeff Macke does not think TXN is worth it from the long or short view and says it has managed to lose every business it has been involved in.
