Bucyrus International (NASDAQ: BUCY) (Cramer's Take) really captures this moment. When I was speaking last night to its terrific CEO, Tim Sullivan, I was conscious...

This stock has always done well, and has dependable movement, both up and down. I predicted the current drop to 60, but it has dropped much more. The more it drops the more I like it. I could see it working back to 77 in three months but I will say conservatively 70. The current drop is based on two factors - 1) it is a holding tank for funds when people pull out of the market, rather than hold cash a number of investors buy FWLT. 2) Pat of the reason FWLT is down is that it's tied in some ways to the oil industry, and oil prices have been up. That is very unrealistic because the contracts ...

"Foster Wheeler (NASDAQ: FWLT) is a worldwide engineering, construction, and project management contractor with a reputation for delivering high quality, reliable facilities," says Jim Powell.
In his Global Changes & Opportunities Report, he suggests, "And while the company does business in 26 countries, its contracts in China alone could keep Foster Wheeler busy for several years." "Foster Wheeler operates in two segments. The Global Engineering and Construction Group designs and builds energy processing facilities worldwide. <>"The company has a DOD contract to develop a gasification unit><>><>><>><>><>><>><>><>><>>< />...

Some good news and bad news from Foster Wheeler (FWLT)
Good: results were very solid in a very lumpy industry (quarter to quarter), stock is cheap. US growth is slowing (why is that good? I don't know but anything to do with the US is now "good" and the rest of the world is now "bad")
Bad: the company does business with the rest of the world which is imploding, concurrent to the coming US rebound. This is now the REVERSE decoupling theory - i.e. in the fall we were assured as the US falters it would be ok because the rest of the world would be immune - which we said was a joke. We were co...

MELI is up 7.2% today. I bought at $36.65 on Feb. 5 (34% ago). We're passing the highs established in Nov and Dec 2007, which is positive. The last 10 days provided $10 on this move! I have no reason to sell and plan to hold.

I am short 400 shares of FWLT at $62.
The setup: Broken momentum stock rising up to and stalling at resistance in a loose bear flag. Poor OBV and volume pattern, with stochastics showing an overbought sell signal.
I used a "sell short limit order" to place the trade. This type of order is great for part time traders who can't watch the open. The stock closed yesterday at $61.74. I had

The market reversed its early losses, and appears to be firming heading into the closing hour. Although it probably wouldnt' take too large of a sell program to knock it back down. Among some of the notable stocks I would highligh that have shaken off early declines include GS and AAPL . Both have reversed higher, which is a good sign. AAPL is a bellweather for tech, and GS is the most important broker stock, imo. <> Also, the stock I highlight in the chart above is Foster Wheeler (FWLT). This stock has fully recovered from its August swoon, and >...
