Though results were positive and further outlook great, the stock reacted bad. Maybe because of an article where the stock was rated as overvalued? (Barrons)

After 2 days of big decreases, yesterday the stock recovered drastically mid day, (to 18.20$), however the bears pulled back to 17.09$ at close.

Nevertheless, a recovery process could be started, I still believe the stock will go and exceed the 20$ level

I continue to be very bullish on the Chinese hog market but this has been effectively dead money since we started the stake in January 2008. AgFeed (FEED) is a small cap Chinese company that today took an unusual step. It's stock is up 17%. Now someone might say this is due to their reiterating guidance but as we have seen in this market that means nothing. They bought 4 pig farms - again I find that highly doubtful for a pop of that magnitude. But they put the naked short sellers on notice, and as those locusts scrambled away the stock is popping. Oil Search showed the benefits of the surge in oil prices, especially in the June quarter, with a 52% jump in revenue for the half year to a record $US466.8 million ($A478 million).

Revenue for the second quarter climbed 58.2% to $US294.2 million ($A301.28 million) from the same period in 2007. Second quarter revenues jumped more than 70% from the first quarter, a telling example of the boost oil producers received in the second quarter, when oil prices rose more than 40%.
