Bearish on Europe; bearish especially on European banks. The US, Asia, and European governments have all been supporting their banks and demanding they lend more money. This is lunacy, like feeding an alcoholic grain intravenously. Nothing specific about DB, other than it's in the heart of Europe and it doesn't exactly have the best brand name anymore after last year's banking debacle. Expect housing to go into another depression, which should cause plenty of troubles for gov't-supported financial institutions.

The euro i bound to start its upward climb sooner than later. Also, DB has generally avoided any faux pas in the current crunch and has the size and talent to make it a challenger in the global powerhouse sweepstakes.
