This oil trade takes the cake.

At the zenith of the speculative bubble in the oil patch -- when crude hit $147 per barrel in July -- you had everyone from T. Boone Pickens to Prince Alaweed touting $200-per-barrel oil by the end of the year.

Crude is now trading around $40 -- down $107 per barrel in less than six months. Unbelievable!

And this latest drop comes after OPEC voted to cut daily production by an eye-popping 4.2 billion barrels per day.

Looks like the world is awash in crude oil.

CLNE is starting to return after a tough second quarter earnings report.  Bad news with earnings for the quarter and horrendous market conditions the last week and a half has made this stock CHEAP.  I see 18 in the next few weeks.  You could see a steady incline back to its average trading value of 16 in the last few weeks.  Buy under 13 and you're seeing 18 in a few weeks.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp just completed their IPO on Friday with a less than stellar performance. However, I don't think that's a reflection on the company as much as just general economic conditions. That markets feel jittery to me, as though everyone's waiting for the other shoe to drop in such an extended bull run. I personally think we're way overdue for a decent correction.
