There is nothing I can write to do justice to the trading that has unfolded over recent months: wholesale, rampant distribution, outright institutional liquidation. The US Government, my golly, THE GOVERNMENT has invested TAX PAYER money to prop up stocks. The market has reacted with one of the most violent crashes, yes, CRASHES, modern markets have ever seen. <> I have stared wide-eyed at violent down then up then down swings on nauseating volume. Then I have gone about my business safe in the knowledge that I have almost no skin in the game. As a stock trader of ten years now, I am humble>...

<> The biotech industry is rapidly consolidating as big pharma companies put their cash stash to use in deals ranging from well-known large caps all the way down to unknown micro-caps in an effort to bolster their range of marketed products, late stage pipeline candidates, and drug discovery technology platforms. Genentech (DNA) has rejected Roche's (RHHBY) $89 bid to acquire the remaining 44% of DNA it does not already own as insufficient. I think DNA could easily get $100 per share based on Eli Lilly's (LLY) $70 buyout of ImClo>...

Stem Cell Stocks Update

This major change in policy will cause the research into stem cell therapy to increase substantially. Research has been continuing to utilize stem cells for gene therapy and the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, and many other medical conditions.
Stem cells can come from embryos and from cord blood, the blood from umbilical cords, and even in baby teeth.

Hello Friends! Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting my blog, Stock Picks Bob's Advice! As always, please remember that I am an amateur investor, so please remember to consult with your professional investment advisers prior to making any investment decisions based on this website. "CTSH looks like a screaming buy. HAE has been behaving well, and ALXN looks very interesting and insulated from the economic fiasco. No current positions." <>First of all, thank you >...
