Not unlike its diamonds, AAUK is forever. There are certain things one does not sell, ever. This company is one of those gems. Just buy it and forget about it.
Market moving, may swing up, if the market returns to the bull. Good time to buy those great stocks, which were hurt during the down turn. The rest of this week will show if there is strength to keep this going till the beginning of the year. Some great earning reports and projection will sustain an upward trend.
Second only to China, South Africa offers the best opportunity to come out ahead of the game. The reasons, of course are various, but I propose that SA is closer linked to Chinese growth than any other part of the world; at least in the short-term. Too bad we here in the US have only limited access to South African public companies. I wish we had SABMiller; but, hey. SSL and AAUK (DeBeers), AU, GG, HMY are excellent players.
