Huntsman Corporation has declined substantially over the last year and a half -- by 90%. The company struggled with rising energy prices and the global recession coupled with the fact that Hexion, an affiliate of the private-equity firm Apollo Management, reneged its offer to purchase the company. 90% isn't bad at all, so well done. From a trading perspective, I don't mind the interference that much. It's fairly easy to play the news in my opinion. In fact, the market seemed to lag with the auto bailout.

From a T/A perspective, tomorrow could be interesting. MACD could bullishly cross the signal line. The 50MA may be too much though.
