I would agree that the best way to take advantage of volatile markets in markets like India / China is to buy when the markets are close to 52-week lows. Again a contrary call.

Fannie Mae has fallen heavily, so, unless it doesn't go the Bear Stearns way, there could be a contrarion call on the company.
