reporting directly to Ian Bickley, President of Coach International. Mr. Villet most
recently held the position of Vice President, Luxury Products Division in Japan at
L�Oreal, and his 13-year tenure also included a role as Vice President, General
Manager of the Luxury Products Division for China from 2002 � 2006.
