Oct 6 (Reuters) - Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc (PPD) said it received a subpoena from the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as part of a fact-finding inquiry, sending its shares down as much as 21 percent.
