Buy, with a target of $90. "I have owned Knightsbridge Tankers (NASDAQ: VLCCF) longer than any other in my portfolio and it has never failed to pay a hefty dividend. The stock is currently trading at $17.40, thus yielding an incredible 17.2% based on a quarterly dividend of 75c a share.
