As I understand this financial crises was started because of people not being able to pay their mortgages, particularly those with recently raised ARM's. Peeking around on the net I haven't been able to find a site listing foreclosure rates for the country as a whole. No doubt, particularly when this administration can't figure out how to wipe without fingering themselves. Watching the congressional hearing though, seems they ain't going to give away all that taxpayer money without some kinda safeguards. Well we'll see which hand fills up first shortly.
