This is the same situation like XNPT so the text is the same, the only difference that in ARYX case insiders were not selling before stock tanked. Today it's down 50% and same institutions here hold 40% of the company shares, insiders 15% and the rest private investors. I will not go inside balance sheet details it makes no sense, the price is the final judge. Another biotech just one day late...
