sorry but kefir is too ethnic for America. America wants its milk like its bread, white and boring. Additionally.....high basic input costs will hurt sales and margins. PPS, and it's closely held by founding family.....I don't like that. Nepotism breeds subpar returns/wikiality/cognitive dissonance.....just as the Dillards.
