Looks like that MES/DME had a falling out with son Trivett, Andrew back in 2005. See the below injunctive relief:
 
From the above, MES clearly owns a later Trivett patent and active markets it under the product name of EcoSilencer.
 
But there is an earlier Trivett patent by father Gordon and son Andrew:
 
According to the above court statement, both MES and son Andrew Trivett agree that the EcoSilencer patent does not include the original father/son patent.
