if hybrid cars are going to account for 20% of new car sales by 2020, then PLUG and FCEL should both stand to benefit with their fuel-cell technology. With climbing oil prices, i dont see any other alternatives other than us getting less dependant on fossil fuels for gasoline. Ethanol and fuel cells are good long and short-term plays...
