The company provides water and sewage services to the city of Sao Paulo.Defensive sector,situated in Brazil.Buy.Only negative as far as I can see is that Cramer has recommended it  which is a bit worrying.My thought process generally is short the stock once Cramer has recommended it but in this case the valuations,the business is compelling.
