This one is up but the thing says down, it is a shorting tool! HAd a great run on the shorting of GOX with puts, see my commentary at tradesciences.com, you only win if you know how to play. No new signals for direction of DOW, still in a downtrend and there is no signal the overall trend has changed so make sure you use that to help pick your stocks or commodities.
