Polycom has really come out strong from its Conference Phone roots to having a robust SoundPoint IP Phone line that is SIP (Standard) compliant making it work on many major PBXs.  They have also made a value line of there video conference line and they purchased SpectraLink and Wireless Headset maker to bolster there product line into the wi-fi phone arena.
