Intel may fall further if the economic slowdown goes further than is currently expected but I think that below $20 Intel is great value given its commanding position in microprocessors. The outlook is especially promising given the trends going forward that look to make computers affordable to billions in the developing world and to extend more powerful computing to devices like cell phones, cameras, cars, and just about everything else.
