Diodes (nasdaq: DIOD - news - people ) now expects a fourth-quarter margin increase of 1.2 percentage points to 1.5 percentage points from its 32.4 percent margin in the third quarter. It had earlier forecast a rise of 0.6 percentage points to 1.1 percentage points.
