But, in the second quarter of 08, when the deal is confirmed, the share price will spike up again.

in the short term this is a stock w/o much potential gain; but in the long term--this stock is a good pick.

GMST is the best bet on the merger--as the stocks which will be bought up will be bought at 6.35 a share.
