In short I worked for Paychex, Inc. for nearly 1.5 years. It was one of the best experiences in a career I have ever had. A lot of business and personal growth took place in this time for me.
The company has an excellent team of management, policies and they put their customers first. I have nothing but great things to say about them and there is certainly a very bullish future ahead.
You can take my word on this- The CEO: John Judge is a wonderful man who is very down to earth and like all the many great executives, this company truly values their employees just as much as their customers! Fortunate to meet Mr. Judge himself at the annual shareholders meeting in Rochester, NY in October of 2005.
Back then they were planning on expanding into Germany and other parts of Europe! Not China though. I asked Mr. Judge that directly. Nevertheless, this is a very stable large growth, conservative based company.
Just think where they are headed. Since the 1980's the stock was had several 3:2 splits. September 11th, 2001 put a damper on that and ever since this company has been a sleeping giant waiting to explode again and I think it is in the works!
