MTN - Vail Resorts is going to have a great year in 08'.

  • First, there pre-season ticket sales and lodging bookings are up 15% from last year.
  • The weak U.S. Dollar will bring in much more international travel to the resorts.
  • In 08'  the company will realizes the profits on its new constructions real estate deals.
  • The company has successfully turned the resort area into a summer destination as well.
  • The company is extremely undervalued because of unrealized gains on owned real estate!
