Latin American Digital Wireless telecom operator (competition is America Movil)... Cell phone usage in LatAm is booming and this company has good brand in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Chile.
Citigroup has a price target of $85.
Technically, the stock is just coming out of a long Cup&Handle base -- touching $67 in May. Now its $68 and has recently been congesting in the high end of the range -- telling me sellers are no longer active up here.
