POWN the spiderman company

POWN went up to around 60 cents recently when they announced that Disney had entered into a deal with POWN to tap the creative potential of one of its top officials. I do not have the officials name handy, but I read news in yahoo stating that he is the creator of spiderman and other comic characters. My rational for buying today is, from its high of .59 cents it has come all the way down to .20 cents. I think this would be a good entry point.
