November 16, 2009; Posted: 05:32 AM The holding company for TierOne Bank, TierOne Corporation (NASDAQ:TONE), reported on Friday that it has received a NASDAQ non-compliance notice, as expected, because of its failure to file a Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended 30 September 2009 by the due date. ierOne said that it currently anticipates making all necessary filings to become current in its reporting obligations as soon as practicable. The company intends to submit a compliance plan to NASDAQ by the deadline of 11 January 2010 if it is unable to become current in its reporting obligations prior to that date. Following the submission of such a plan TierOne would have until 10 May 2010 to regain compliance.
