It is heavy financial waves of trouble right now, and this is no time to be bottom fishing or speculating. There are good and bad in every industry, however the corruption on wall street is staggering. Starting with companies going public, to companies existing for decades and no products but selling future potential gains of Revenue for products, delivery systems that are always in the early stages and nowhere near approvals. Now add in Brokers who push the stock, Research firms that align with the companies, tout and give high target prices, then throw in star mine experts touting the stock, investment newsletters & web sites who tout but are being paid for the advertisement/touting, and the lack of the 'SEC' overseeing the short sales and manipulation of the stock, and the results are decimated shareholders and a wall street financial crisis. But management still exists, still gets paid, receives bonuses and raises throughout the years. All on potentials and no products or approvals. Nobody ever hears the little guy. These are the ways of the wall street jungle! There is no real protection for the investor and this kind shannakins have been going on for over 50 years! THE GRAVE YARD OF INVESTORS REMAIN NAMELESS AND THIS COUNTRIES IRS RULES OF ONLY ALLOWING $3,000.00 PER YEAR WRITE OFF IS THE WHIP CREAM AND CANDLES ON TOP OF THE CAKE!

09/30/08 closed at $.39 cents and new low again. Will they ever adjust the target price, the mean price on the summary page that still reads for 9 months inclusive @$3.00 dollars? Old antiquated news/forecasts for novice investors to be misinformed with today!
