ADCT is in the broadband communications and network infrastructure business. Company recently lowered 2008 projections due to increased costs. As the economy rebounds from recent weakness, ADCT should recover as orders for services increase. Company has just announced plans to buy back up to $150M in outstanding shares. Technically, stock is rebounding off of multi-year bottom just below $9 on heavy volume. If volume maintains current levels, stock should penetrate minor resistance in the 13 - 15 area in the next few weeks. Next resistance would be near 20. As the economy continues to recover, I would expect to see a test of 2006 highs near 26.
