NSM has expanded its scope to include R & D in solar technology.  Recently the company developed new technology which will permit solar array to continue functioning even after individual cells in the array fail.  Technically, the stock has built and successfully tested support in the 20 - 21 area and is breaking out above that support on heavy volume.  Also, the semiconductor sector has become more bullish and NSM should be one of the primary beneficiaries of this improvment in the sector.  Next resistance should be in the 24 - 25 area.  Once past that I would expect a test of the 52-week high in the 27 - 28 area.
