Opinion on  Tidelands Royalty Trust "B" Units of Benificial Interest (TIRTZ)
Adding some yield

Fundamental Analysis

Tidelands Royalty Trust is a  royalty trust .  What does that mean?  A royalty trust is like a REIT, except instead of owning real estate, it usual owns oil, gas, or mineral assets.   Tidelands' assets are in the Gulf of Mexico.  Currently it pays an 11% dividend yield and sports a P/E of 8.  Oil is experiencing a correction right now, but I believe that it is headed higher long-term.   In the meantime, I would like to get some cash while I wait.

Technical picture looks dangerous. Short term (1-2 weeks) is oversold. In the medium term can be a double top. retest of $18 is not out of question and if breaks the next obvious support is way down at $16. fundamentals are good though and the stock is very tempting. i will try to enter at 18 thanks for the tip
