first of ol this is de fafrote of jimmi cramer of home buiders,next wen i luk ad his charts its better than centex,or tol brothers + div,i poot egane price 27 because de home market is stil falling en this is e oppertunity to buy land to build later houses ,like kb is doing now ( i have that van jimmi)this stock can triple in e very schort perite.
