Brite Strike Technologies, Inc. (BSTI) was started by two police officers who believe the top manufactures of tactical lights do not meet the needs of police officers. The company is committed to using the very latest technology, while abiding to the highest design and manufacturing standards, so that policemen and consumers can rely on Brite-Strike products when they are needed.

The company's Tactical Blue Dot series was specially designed for patrol officers. Features include a tri-sided barrel design for a more ergonomic grip as well as front and rear tri-strike-crowns for maximum impact when using the device for pressure point and weapon retention techniques.

The Protector series allows citizens to also participate in non-lethal self defense. The tactical LED flashlights use the latest LuxeonR LED and EMP chip technology, which is unparalleled by older LED and incandescent lighting technology. Current retailers selling the product include BJ's Wholesale Club, Lowes .com, Herrington Catalog, and Frontgate, with Walmart, Costco Wholesale, and Dick’s Sporting Goods expected to follow by the end of this year. Brite Strike also sells to a number of specialty police and shooting distributors.

The company's marketing potential is massive. Consumers range from the U.S. Armed Forces, State and Local Police, FBI, CIA, women, and others who are concerned with self-defense. Brite-Strike plans to market their products in both the United States and Europe through major retailers and catalogs. The management team leading the company has 28 years of experience in law enforcement and is well qualified to meet the demand for tactical self-defense devices.

Flaherty Special Report Features Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK)

This morning before the bell, Flaherty Financial News announced that an updated “Flaherty Special Report” on Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. was released yesterday. The stock of the company has declined during recent stock market disturbance, making the current stock price an even bigger bargain now that the company has a total market valuation of only $3.4 million, according to the news release.

Brite-Strike was co-founded by two veteran police officers who have dedicated their efforts to designing products with features officers desire. However, their cutting-edge products are not just for the professionals, but also for everyday citizens - specifically women, who suffer nearly one million assaults each year. Unlike other self defense products that can result in criminal charges, these extremely bright lights are perfectly legal.

Not only are these two entrepreneurs the pioneers of bringing a new breed of tactical flashlight to the self defense market place, but they are also starting “Flash, Bash and Dash!” classes to teach self defense using Brite-Strike’s lights to impede an assault. The company has also assisted with initiating a new non-profit unit called “Stop AOW”, which is committed to stopping assaults on women. Future plans include introducing a new product development company focused on solar and LED technology.

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) is Uncovering the Next Big Self-Defense Market
August 1st, 2008

Brite-Strike began in Massachusetts, where two police officers were unsatisfied by the quality of the standard-issue law enforcement flashlights. Together, they developed next-gen tactical flashlights for both law enforcement and civilian use.

Preceded by the successful Blue-Dot series, the Lightning Strike personal security flashlight is mainly marketed to women looking for an alternative to traditional forms of protection like mace, tasers, and firearms. The unit produces a disorienting 65 lumens that can be flashed into the eyes of a would-be attacker. The Brite Strike Product is also equipped with “strike crown” ends that can serve as a highly effective battering device, and comes with an ear-piercing panic alarm to add another level of security.

Brite-Strike is in the business of providing solutions that have the potential to save lives. In addition to the company’s product efforts, it has taken an active role in spreading awareness for the non-profit group, STOP AOW (assaults on women). More information can be obtained at www.Brite-Strike.com, or by calling the company’s investor relations line at (888) 268-7992.

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc. (OTCPK: BSTI) Projects a Bright Future; Now Trading on Pink Sheets

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc. today announced the finalization of a merger with Global One Holdings, and is now trading on the Pink Sheets, effective today, under the ticker symbol “BSTI.”

Previously dependent on limited market penetration, the announced merger allows the company to benefit from U.S. equity streams and will boost its visibility in the non-lethal protection equipment market. Brite-Strike designs advanced, high-intensity light-emitting diode (LED) tactical flashlights and protection systems applicable to military and law enforcement personnel, as well as to individual consumers.

“With the reverse merger completed and access to the U.S. capital markets, we are positioned for a period of exceptional growth,” Glenn Bushee, president of Brite-Strike stated in the press release. “We can now focus our efforts towards expanding the market reach of our unparalleled, non-lethal protection devices to an increasing number of police, military and civilians.”

The applications for the company’s line of non-lethal tactical devices span law enforcement, students, women and other private citizens. Though an integral part of personal safety, the products are legal anywhere in the United States and can even be carried on airplanes.
“No other company can rival our high-intensity flashlight. Our tactical lights output nearly 200 lumens through three adjustable settings, including a strobe feature. At only 5-inches long, and weighing only 5 ounces, the mil-spec, black-anodized construction makes the product virtually indestructible, waterproof and shockproof,” Bushee stated.

The company’s products are unique - created by the demographic it caters to. Designed by police officers, the tactical flashlights use advanced Philips Lumileds Luxeon technology. The flashlights have the capability to generate 198 lumens of ultra-bright light that can be used to impair the vision of an attacker. The flashlights are applicable to law enforcement, but also to civilians desiring personal protection. Brite-Strike’s trademarked Tactical Blue-Dot Series is used by government agencies, the military, SWAT teams and other law enforcement officials.

Its patented Lightning Strike Personal Protection System deters potential attackers by deploying a high-intensity flashing strobe light and an audible alarm to draw attention to harmful situations. According to the press release, this device was designed specifically with women, seniors, students and other private citizens in mind.

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc. (BSTI.PK) Commences Trading on Pink Sheets

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc., a designer and manufacturer of tactical self-defense devices including LED flashlights, is now publicly traded on the Pink Sheets under the symbol “BSTI”.

The company began Pink Sheet trading on August 6th with 20 million shares outstanding after completing a reverse merger with Global One Holdings, an inactive Miami company. Company officials did not discuss the terms of the merger, but said the information would be presented at the company’s first public filing, scheduled for mid-November. The stock closed Wednesday at 52 cents a share and opened this morning at 60 cents.

The company’s Tactical Blue Dot series is specially designed for patrol officers and features a tri-sided barrel design for a more ergonomic grip as well as front and rear tri-strike-crowns for maximum impact when using the device for pressure point and weapon retention techniques. The Protector series provides consumers with tactical LED flashlights using the latest Luxeon LED technology, which is far superior to older LED technology. The Lightning Strike, designed for women and seniors, delivers an 85-lumen beam powerful enough to disorient an attacker and a 100-decibel alarm as well. Retailers currently offering Brite-Strike’s products include BJ’s Wholesale Club, Lowes .com, Herrington Catalog, and Frontgate. Walmart, Costco Wholesale, and Dick’s Sporting Goods are expected to offer the products by the end of this year. Brite-Strike’s management, which has more than 28 years experience in law enforcement, anticipates expanding overseas as well.

John Lennon, vice president of finance with Brite-Strike, noted that the company is aiming for an initial capitalization of about $1 million. Current capitalization (between $350,000 and $400,000) is anticipated to almost double in the next 60 days.

According to Lennon, the company chose to go public via the reverse merger rather than an IPO to reduce costs and shorten the time frame. “You get definitive capital,” Lennon noted. “You don’t have to outlay a bunch of money on legal fees and have something that doesn’t happen.”

The capitalization will be used to build inventory and brand the products at trade shows, and will also enable expansion. The company’s current headquarters, in Kingston, Massachusetts, occupies 2,000 square feet. According to Lennon, Brite-Strike also plans to apply for trading privileges on the OTC by the end of next month, which would put Brite-Strike in line to raise additional capital for further expansion, branding and sales efforts to position the company as an international leader in tactical self-defense devices.

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc. (BSTI.PK) - On a Mission to Protect Both Citizens and Police

Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. (BTSI.PK) develops and manufactures advanced flashlights for use by both everyday citizens and law enforcement officers. The Massachusetts-based company was started by two police officers to create superior LED flashlights to protect common citizens and police officers.

Brite-Strike manufactures its flashlights using only the most current Luxeon LED and EMP chip technologies because older LED flashlights are comparatively inferior, providing less protection to their users. Brite-Strike flashlights produce light that is so bright, clear and flawless it can be used to temporarily blind or disorient an attacker or suspect.

The company’s newest product, the Lighting Strike personal security flashlight, is perfect for civilian use, with women of all ages being the target consumers. The Lighting Strike, which sells for about $80, produces one of the most powerful lights available on the market today, enough to blind a would-be attacker, and features a blunt end that can be used to strike an attacker.

Most Brite-Strike lights can operate on high for up to four hours and low for up to 35 hours. The lights are made from aircraft grade aluminum and feature “fast draw” clips, so users can remove the flashlights from their belts quickly and efficiently.

The two officers who started Brite-Strike have appeared on major news networks such as ABC, CBS and Fox News to promote their products and raise awareness. Earlier this year, the company inked a deal with Lowes Home Improvement to have their lights marketed in Lowes stores across the U.S. Brite-Strike also shipped 4,500 Lighting Strikes to BJ’s Wholesale Club in April 2008 and could receive a follow-up order for 10,000 additional lights.

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) Serves as Key Sponsor of the New York Law Enforcement Expo

Brite-Strike Technologies (BSTI.PK) recently served as a key sponsor of the New York Law Enforcement Expo held at the Jacob K. Javits Center. Glenn Bushee and Jon Neal, police officers and co-founders of Brite-Strike, were on-site at the two-day expo demonstrating Brite-Strike’s line of tactical LED flashlights.

Representatives from local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies attended the second annual two-day expo to check the latest in law enforcement technology, including Brite-Strike’s flagship line of tactical flashlights and safety equipment. According to the New York Times, the expo was “almost like Christmas in July” for all the law enforcement personnel.

The Brite-Strike Tactical Blue-Dot™ line is currently being utilized by a number of governmental agencies, the military, SWAT teams and other law enforcement agencies. The series has a patented Lightning Strike™ Personal Protection System that combines a high-intensity flashing strobe light with a loud ear-piercing personal alarm. The protection system was designed specifically for women, seniors, students, and other individuals who want an easy-to-deploy personal protection system. Law enforcement can also apply the protection system during traffic stops or other circumstances to temporarily disorient a subject, which increases an officer’s level of safety.

The design of the Blue-Strike Tactical Blue-Dot™ line of flashlights includes a body that is CNC machine milled from a solid bar of aircraft grade aluminum, a mil spec class III hard-anodized black finish, and a recessed (or “flush”) tactical end-cap that prevents accidental activation. Both the front and rear of the flashlights contain a defensive crown that provides maximum impact when used during weapon retention situations.

The tactical line of flashlights is also equipped with a reverse “fast draw” pocket clip that provides an officer with the ability to quickly draw from a duty belt, BDU pocket, or epaulet. The design allows for quick and easy placement onto an epaulet, even when using a gloved weaker hand. The flashlights also have a shockproof and waterproof design to hold up to daily and extended use.

Previously, the Brite-Strike products were only available via word-of-mouth, the company’s website, or a handful of high-end catalogs. The company has recently signed agreements with a number of retailers, including Lowes.com, Amazon.com, and BJ’s Wholesale Clubs, to carry the Brite-Strike line of products.

Bushee stated, “The safety of our fellow officers is paramount and it’s the whole reason we designed this product to begin with. We welcome any opportunity to get our equipment into the hands of those who need it most. Plus, these experienced professionals provide us with useful feedback on the light’s design, ease-of-use and effectiveness.”

Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. (BSTI.PK) Core Product Gives Law Enforcement Numerous Life-Saving Features

Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. (OTC: BSTI) is a tactical safety product company that was created by two police officers with the intention to develop LED flashlights that possessed the features needed by police officers and citizens to keep them safe. Their innovative and flawless white light flashlights – which come in various sizes and weights – are used to temporarily blind and disorient a suspect or attacker, providing police officers and citizens with added safety. The company only manufactures tactical LED flashlights with the latest Luxeon® LED and EMP chip technology, as older LED and incandescent lighting technology cannot compare.

In the past, numerous police departments came under public scrutiny when officers used their heavy metal flashlights for beating suspects. Many police departments and law enforcement agencies have now abandoned those heavy-duty flashlights. This series of events led to having the old flashlights replaced with lightweight flashlights that are small but very bright, with the ability to be used as a self-defense mechanism to disorient an attacker.

Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. designed the Brite-Strike Tactical Blue-Dot Patrol Officer flashlight series specifically for officers. The flashlights are made from milled aircraft aluminum, making them significantly lighter and easier to handle. They have a unique three-sided body for an ergonomic grip, with a front and rear “Tri-Strike crown” for maximum impact for pressure-point and weapon-retention techniques. The flashlights utilize the latest version of electronic power management (EPM), and are all made from LED lights that hold more than 100,000 hours of use so no bulb replacement is necessary.

Compared to an ordinary flashlight, the Brite-Strike beam is a brilliant white light with a wider spread for flood effect. This results in an entire area of a vehicle on a stop being illuminated, and allows the officer to quickly look for weapons, drugs, or someone trying to hide inside the vehicle. If a police officer is attacked, the white light has the ability to temporarily blind and disorient a subject during a hostile situation. With a quick click of the end cap switch, the light switches to a low setting for use as a normal flashlight. The end cap switch is flush, preventing accidental power switches from on to off.

Product Review of Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc.’s (BSTI.PK) RL-150-HLS Flashlight

Recently we received one of Brite-Strike’s high intensity, tactical flashlights for review. To describe the quality crafted instrument in just a few words, it is extremely well built, couldn’t be easier to use, has an extremely small profile, and has up to 180 lumens of brilliant, flawless white light.

When first picking up the flashlight, we instantly recognized the sturdiness of the construction. According to the packaging, it is made from a solid billet of high-strength aircraft aluminum and protected with Class II, type II anodized Mil Spec. surface finish. Around the midsection and near the lens, a diamond pattern is cut into the aluminum to provide extra grip.

The light operates in two different brightness levels (70 and 150 lumens), and also has a strobe feature. The light turns on and off with a single click and the different modes are changed by simply holding the button down part way. Amazingly, the battery runs off a single AA battery and can last up to 1.8 hours if run continuously.

Along with the flashlight came a battery, in addition to a leather case that had a convenient belt clip on the back as well as a metal ring to attach the (included) leather wrist strap. The flashlight itself also has a built-in belt clip which can be used for even quicker access.

The brightness is very impressive, with 180 lumens of power! To compare just how much brighter the Brite-Strike is, we compared it with an 8 LED flashlight that is already a step up above the normal incandescent flashlight found in most homes. In one word, “WOW!” In a normally lit room, it was very difficult to see the 8 LED flashlight, but the Brite-Strike had no problem displaying its radiant light. The results in the dark were even more impressive, with the Brite-Strike outshining the other flashlight in both brightness and width of the beam.

The low-light setting also makes the flashlight useful for use around the house when a wide, bright beam is desired. Overall, we were very impressed and the light lived up to the raised expectations given by promotional material. If anyone has the newest, safest technology for citizen safety and law enforcement self defense, it is Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc.

Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. (BSTI.PK) Shines at the Second Annual New York Law Enforcement Exposition

During the second annual New York Law Enforcement Exposition, Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. (OTC: BSTI) took advantage of the heralded opportunity to introduce their products to fellow law enforcement officials. The NY Times covered the event and found the company’s futuristic-looking flashlights particularly interesting among the other lighting products featured, which happened to be a large part of the exposition.

Brite-Strike Technologies was formed after two police officers had a conversation during their midnight shift in regards to how much they disliked the flashlight options that they were given. It was after that conversation that officer Jon Neal and Glenn Bushee began to construct plans on how they were going to devise a new kind of flashlight. In their spare time they came up with the idea of inventing a new kind of lightweight, waterproof flashlight that would be made of aluminum and contain a recessed switch to prevent accidental activation. Shortly after, the two Massachusetts police officers found themselves at their precinct introducing their fellow police officers to their latest invention.

Their innovative and flawless white light flashlights – which come in various sizes and weights – are used to temporarily blind and disorient a suspect or attacker, providing police officers and citizens throughout the United States the safety they desire. The company only manufactures tactical LED flashlights with the latest Luxeon® LED and EMP chip technology, as older LED and incandescent lighting technology cannot compare. The flashlights are made from milled aircraft aluminum, making them significantly lighter and easier to handle. They have a unique three-sided body for an ergonomic grip, with a front “Tri-Strike crown” and rear “Tri-Strike crown” for maximum impact for pressure point and weapon retention techniques.

Compared to an ordinary flashlight, the Brite-Strike beam is a brilliant white light with a wider spread for flood effect. This results in an entire area of a vehicle on a stop being illuminated, and allows the officer to quickly look for weapons, drugs, or someone trying to hide inside a vehicle. If a police officer is attacked, the white light has the capacity to temporarily blind and disorient a subject during a hostile situation. With a quick click of the end cap switch the light switches to a low setting for use as a normal flashlight. The end cap switch is flush, preventing accidental power switching from on to off.

Bright Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc. (BSTI.PK) Featured on FoxNews.com Self-defense Segment

President and founder of Brite Stike, Glenn Bushee, recorded an informational video for FoxNews.com on self-defense techniques. The video is an excellent medium for Bushee to showcase the personal protection line, the latest product from Bright Strike Tactical Illumination Products Incorporated that will be sold nationwide. This personal protection line is marketed as a key component that accompanies the company’s self-protection classes.

Brite Strike’s personal protection line offers an incredibly bright beam of white light in a small and convenient size with the goal of keeping women safe. The product also comes with a tactical carrying case that can attach to outer clothing or bags, as well as a lanyard made of composite material so it can be carried easily on a walk or jog. In addition to the intense flashlight, the package includes a personal alarm that emits a loud, piercing noise.

Bright Strike is a major advocate of the campaign to stop violence against women, and they intend to raise women’s awareness to their surroundings and the dangers of traveling alone at night. Self-defense classes are a weapon that can be used to combat this problem, but as Bushee says in the video, “the best self-defense tactic is one that you never have to use.”

Last year over 900,000 women were attacked at night in the US. Bright Strike hopes to help greatly reduce that number and improve the odds of women fighting back!

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) Goes National with Ad Campaign

Since its inception, Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) has relied on trade shows and word of mouth to sell its self-defense flashlights to law enforcement personnel; however, Brite-Strike has recently begun a national advertising campaign designed to introduce the company and its products to everyday citizens.

Brite-Strike was founded by two patrol officers who felt tactical flashlights could be improved. Glenn Bushee and Jon Neal worked in a garage and soon created their first prototype. The company now has a Tactical Blue-Dot Series of products specifically designed for law enforcement or military use. The company also has a Protector Series of products designed for citizens who want a personal self-defense device. The waterproof, shockproof devices emit a bright light that can temporarily disorient an attacker.

Less than a month ago, Brite-Strike completed a reverse merger that allowed it to transition into a publicly traded company. John Lennon, VP of Finance at Brite-Strike, said the funds for the almost-$500,000 ad campaign were allocated as part of the company’s new capital structure.

The start of the ad campaign follows a report that Brite-Strike had reached an agreement with BJ’s Wholesale Club to sell the Lightning Strike. The agreement states that the Lightning Strike, a self-defense flashlight designed for everyday citizens, will be sold at 28 BJ’s stores located in 16 Eastern states and on the BJ’s website. Additionally, Brite-Strike has started selling its products to the general public on Amazon.com and Lowes.com. According to Bushee, “Our goal is to bring personal safety into the hands of ordinary citizens.”

The national ad campaign started with a splash on August 13 with a full-page ad that ran in 95% of USA Today’s newspapers. The campaign will continue through October 31 with 30- and 60-second cable television ads on CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News. According to Bushee, who is also the president of Brite-Strike, the campaign was scheduled to coincide with the beginning of the school year.

“Back-to-college is a critical market segment for us,” stated Bushee. “We’re hoping to catch some back-to-school business with the Lightning Strike series, allowing us to capture some additional business in the fourth quarter.”

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) Secures Order from International Law Enforcement Officials

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) is pleased to announce that the German US Coast Guard, DEA, and SWAT teams have committed to utilizing Brite-Strike’s Tactical Balls, a tactical illumination product designed for use by law enforcement officers. The Tactical Balls are currently being used by the U.S. Coast Guard, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), local U.S. SWAT teams, and law enforcement personnel.

The Tactical Balls are 1 ½ inch diameter spheres with two white LEDs (>13,000 MCD) that each use two CR2032 batteries. Each ball is easily activated by a push-button switch and, when tossed into a room, is designed to stop with the light facing upward. The ball generates a strobe-like light that distracts and disorients an assailant, which provides law enforcement personnel with extra time to either draw a weapon or subdue a subject.

“Sometimes, seconds mark the difference between subduing a dangerous individual and being caught at a tactical disadvantage,” stated Glenn Bushee, President of Brite-Strike. “The light and movement of the tactical balls automatically draw a person’s attention, buying seconds of time that give law enforcement officers an advantage that literally can determine the outcome of any confrontation or standoff. Many agencies have banned the use of the highly incendiary flash-bangs, and there are times they are just not safe to use, such as an entry to a Meth Lab or on a gas powered vessel.”

The Tactical Balls come in a package containing three balls, six batteries, and a tactical deployment pouch. Brite-Strike designs its products with durability in mind, which allows law enforcement personnel to use the Tactical Balls over and over again with a maximum runtime of 20 hours. Each 3-pack can be purchased for $40, which makes the Tactical Balls an affordable training tool.

“Our goal is to put the absolute best, most technologically advanced, and most effective equipment into the hands of law enforcement personnel,” commented Bushee. “Any time we can equip officers or agents with a tool that will both keep them safe and help them accomplish their mission, we have succeeded.”
