Foundry will be taken over at the end of the year by Brocade in a move that will broaden its position in the networking market.  the terms of the deal are .0907 brocade shares plus 18.50 cash for every share of Foundry.

As the deal is still half a year away, look for some depreciation for a while and then appreciation as the deal nears.
