There are many positive factors influencing my investment in this company.

amazing yield, even if it got cut in half - currently ~16.5%
below book value
below intrinsic value
young fleet (I believe the average age is ~ 6.5 years old)
well diversified by company and by market
heavy investment by GE Financial
principals well experienced in sector
misunderstood by mainstream investors - it seems to move against the price of oil when it should if anything move with the price of oil as higher oil prices causes airlines to shudder their older planes and lease newer more fuel-efficient planes
air travel still growing globally (even if not in Americas)
short interest at ~5 X daily
