Its customers include the U.S. Department of Defense and its prime contractors, the U.S. Government intelligence agencies, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Justice, allied foreign governments, and other U.S. federal, state, and local government agencies. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in New York, New York.
