The Media and Entertainment segment offers Autodesk 3ds Max and Autodesk Maya that are 3D modeling, animation, effects, and rendering solutions to create digital images, animations, and visual effects, and communicate abstract or complex mechanical, architectural, engineering, and construction concepts; Autodesk Flame, Autodesk Inferno, and Autodesk Flint systems, which offer visual effects and graphics design solutions; and Autodesk Smoke and Autodesk Fire system, an online editing and finishing system. It serves architectural, engineering, construction, manufacturing, geospatial mapping, and digital media markets. The company sells its products and services through distributors and resellers in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
